Now inviting early studios

Your cast, locked for the whole series.

Faces, wardrobe, sets and voices are defined once and enforced on every shot, so episode forty still looks and sounds like episode one.

AI video is a powerful way to make an episode. It is an expensive way to learn the story doesn't work.

You pay before you know

Video generation is billed by the second, long before you find out whether the hook holds anyone.

The same mistakes, every shoot

Glossy skin, broken hands, unreadable signs. Each one costs another generation, again and again.

Characters drift

Without one shared reference, faces, outfits and voices change from shot to shot.

Why pilot first

Why pilot first: the arithmetic

A voiced animatic is made from still images and synthesized voice instead of generated video. It keeps the pacing and the performance, which is what a test audience reacts to.

6–24×lower generation cost to test an episode as a pilot, before counting video retakes.

Voiced animaticAbout 15 stills and 1,000 characters of voice per minute< $1per minute
AI-generated video60 seconds of footage, one take per shot$5–14per minute
Generation cost only, at public API list prices in November 2026: images $0.034–0.048 each, speech $0.08 per 1,000 characters, video $0.08–0.235 per second at 720p–1080p.

Three decisions are yours. The rest is automated.

Agents carry the script, shot list and continuity notes from step to step, so nothing gets lost between tools.

  1. Drop in your script

Paste a script or a web-novel chapter, then answer a few questions about platform, style and budget.

  2. Choose the look

Pick one of three style frames for a key scene. Characters, sets and voices are locked from there and the pilot is built for you.

  3. Test, then produce

Share the pilot and read the audience data. Unlock video for the episodes that work and export the final cut to CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

Everything between script and finished episode

Tell us what matters most to you. Every tap goes straight into our build priorities.

Pilots with audience data

Shareable pilot pages with drop-off curves, polls and comments, so data, not gut feel, decides which episodes get a video budget.

Continuity lock

Every face, voice, set and prop gets one reference that is enforced on every shot of every episode.

Automatic error checks

Frame sampling, speech checks and a library of known AI pitfalls catch problems before you ever review a take.

Cost per finished episode

Each shot is routed to the right model for its difficulty, and spend is reported per usable minute, not per API call.

Review and export

Comment on frames and lines, apply fixes across a whole episode, and hand off to CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

Questions

What is a voiced animatic pilot?

A watchable episode built from your locked character and set images, with voice acting, subtitles and light camera motion. It keeps the pacing of the final cut at a small fraction of the cost of generated video.

Which video models do you use?

Each shot is routed to a suitable model based on its difficulty and your budget, and Cabine can work with more than one vendor, so you are never tied to a single provider.

Can I keep editing in my own tools?

Yes. Finished episodes export to CapCut, Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve with your assets intact.

When can I start?

We are opening early access to a small number of studios first. Join the list and we will reach out on the channel you choose.
